This may be a helpful resource as you are providing documents to your lender during the home buying process.   You can now download your tax returns from the IRS.

I created an account and downloaded my transcripts relatively easily after dealing with some pop up windows being blocked. 

I found the "Record of Account Transcript" document to be the most comprehensive and helpful.
 
It's nice to be able to download what the IRS is considering to have been your final tax filings.
