• The pace of sales dropped 77% (!!!) between 2005 and 2011.
• The median sales price dropped 14% between 2008 and 2011.

But it seems (see the graph above) that the market may finally be starting to stabilize. 

• With 149 sales in the first 9 months of 2012, it seems likely that we'll see an increase in townhouse sales this year --- finally!
• The rate at which prices are declining seems to be slowing.
