Take a look at the past four months of contracts (356) --- marking a 6% increase over the same four months of 2011.  With the pace of home sales up 6% over this time last year, and contracts up 6% over this time last year, we are likely to see a continuation of the strong 2012 local home sales market into and through the summer months.
