The significant increase in online holiday shopping is certainly an indicator that are economy may be finally starting to return to some form of normalcy.



But did you see what happened in our local housing market?  There was a 100% increase in December contracts (Dec 1 - 25) in the Harrisonburg and Rockingham County housing market!  This continues the trend of increased activity in our local real estate market.  2011 looks like it will finish out to be a strong year -- or even if a weak year, a stronger weak year than last year!
