It is exciting to see how quickly contracts are coming together on homes in Harrisonburg and Rockingham County compared to the past several years. At the rate that properties are currently going under contract, 2011 should finish out a (relatively) strong year of home sales -- very likely exceeding 2010 sales.
 
Increased contracts will eventually lead to increased sales will eventually lead to stabilized home values will eventually lead to a more balanced real estate market.  Stay tuned!
