Many buyers (and sellers) have a misunderstanding of how the home inspection process works.  For example:
  • Buyer: I can inspect the house, and if there's anything wrong, I can get out of the contract, right?
  • Seller:  They can inspect the house, but I'm not fixing anything. (and they'll have to buy anyhow)
