Am I being reasonable in these predictions?
Change in number of single family home sales:
- 2005 to 2006: -11%
- 2006 to 2007: -12%
- 2007 to 2008: -18%
- 2008 to 2009: -14%
- 2009 to 2010: -1% (but, a tax credit)
- My 2011 Prediction: -5%
- 2005 to 2006: +8%
- 2006 to 2007: -1%
- 2007 to 2008: -4%
- 2008 to 2009: -5%
- 2009 to 2010: -2%
- My 2011 Prediction: -2%
