Harrisonburg may soon see a high rise on the corner of Port Republic Road and Devon Lane. To the best of my knowledge, this would be the first seven-story (or higher) building for college students and other renters in Harrisonburg. It will have some great benefits for its tenants -- proximity to campus, a game room, a computer area, exercise area, and more.

According to the Daily News Record, the building will feature 274 bedrooms, and only floors two through six with have apartments, with commercial space on the first floor.
