If you have driven down Country Club Road lately in the City of Harrisonburg, you might have noticed a new residential community taking shape.  

Construction is officially underway at Tuscan Village, and if the name makes you think of stucco walls, terracotta rooflines, and quiet courtyards... that's exactly the idea. Tuscan Village is a residential community inspired by the architecture and pace of the Italian countryside, built right here in the Shenandoah Valley. It's located at 501 Roman Way, just minutes from downtown Harrisonburg, JMU, and Rt. 33.

So what's actually being built?

Phase one is underway right now, and it starts with one-bedroom apartments. Townhomes with garages and a limited number of detached homes are planned to follow. So there should eventually be a little something for a few different stages of life... whether you're looking to rent, or you're thinking further down the road about a townhome or a detached home in the same community.
