It's been a while -- more than 10 years -- since we've seen so many home sales in a month of April.  As shown above, the 112 sales seen in April was higher than any month of April all the way back through 2010. 

There were a few years (2006-2008) where we saw more sales than that -- which was during the real estate boom when median sales prices were (unrealistically) increasing by more than 10% per year.
