Flyers: Good or Evil? |

Interesting question! I believe having access to the flyer box would result in fewer prospective purchasers going inside...but those who do want to go in for a look, will be much more realistic in their expectations, and therefore, more likely to purchase.

More good than evil. I like being able to find out basic information without having to remember to do it at home or to contact a real estate agent.
What Dave said is true: this weeds out those with unrealistic expectations.

I think a flyer is a big advantage. When considering a number of homes, it's hard to keep the specs straight. A flyer can highlight the home's best features and keep it front-and-center in a buyer's mind. As a seller, I'd insist on it.

Definitely a good thing. It's similar to asking if using only 1 photo on will create more interest and get more showings. The overwhelming answer to that question is no. Often times I'll skip by a home on the MLS that only has 1 photo and I know many other agents feel the same way.
